From connecting an account to a published video.

1. Sign in

Sign in at the dashboard with your username and password. On first sign-in you are required to set a new password before you can reach any other page. Accounts are issued on request — see support if you need one.

2. Add a profile

On the dashboard, add a profile: give it a name you will recognise and choose its platform. This creates the local record. It does not yet grant the scheduler any access to the platform.

3. Connect the profile to the platform

Press Connect on the profile. You are sent to the platform's own sign-in and consent screen — the scheduler never sees your platform password. You review the permissions being requested and approve or decline them there.

For TikTok the scheduler requests only:

• user.info.basic — the account's own open ID and display name. The display name is shown beside the profile so you can confirm which account a post will go to; the open ID is the stable identifier used to detect if a different account is ever connected in its place.
• user.info.profile — the account's own username, profile link and verified status, shown beside the profile so you can open the exact account a post will go to. A display name on its own is not proof: names are neither unique nor permanent.
• user.info.stats — the account's own follower, following, like and video counts, recorded once a day so the dashboard can show change over time.
• video.list — the account's own recent posts, metadata only (title, description, duration, cover image, link, date), to show published history alongside the queue. TikTok does not expose the video files themselves.
• video.upload — permission to upload a video to your inbox as a draft for you to review.
• video.publish — used only when you have explicitly turned on direct posting.

Nothing about your audience, viewers or other people's content is requested or stored.

After you approve, you are returned to the dashboard and the profile shows as connected. Access can be withdrawn at any time with Disconnect, which deletes the stored tokens.

4. Compose a post

Upload the finished video, write the caption and hashtags, and tick the profiles it should go to. The preview shows the caption as each platform will render it, with that platform's character limit.

5. Choose when it goes out

Either give the post a date and time, or save it as a draft and add the time later. Queued posts appear in the schedule, ordered by when they are due.

6. It publishes without you

At the appointed time the service uploads the video to the platform. For TikTok the video arrives in your inbox as a draft; open the TikTok app, review it and press publish. The post's status in the dashboard updates to reflect what the platform reported.

Removing your data

Disconnecting a profile deletes its stored access tokens. To have an account and all of its posts, videos and statistics deleted, write to the address on the support page.
