SchedulerTerms of Service
Scheduler is a tool for scheduling short-form video posts to social platforms. Account holders connect the social accounts they own or are authorised to manage, upload finished videos with captions, and choose when each one is published. Delivery happens on the service's own schedule, so publishing does not depend on the account holder's computer being switched on.
Accounts are issued on request rather than through an open sign-up form. To ask for access, write to clopez@obsdeckmedia.com.
Use requires an account issued by Scheduler. You must be old enough to hold an account on each platform you connect, you must only connect social accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Attempting to access the service, or any account on it, without authorisation is not permitted.
You are responsible for the content you upload and schedule. You must hold the rights to any video, audio, image, or text you submit, and the content must comply with the terms of every platform it is published to, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Do not use this service to schedule content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that violates a destination platform's community guidelines.
You may connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage. The service acts only on your behalf and only for the actions you schedule. You may disconnect an account at any time, which deletes the stored credentials for it. Your use of each platform remains governed by that platform's own terms.
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, delivery, or that a scheduled post will publish successfully. Platform APIs change, rate-limit, and fail. Do not rely on it for time-critical publishing without verifying the result.
To the extent permitted by law, the provider of this service is not liable for any loss arising from use of it, including missed posts, failed uploads, content published in error, or action taken by a social platform against a connected account.
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
