Replies are written by hand rather than automated, so allow a little time. Data deletion requests are actioned within 30 days of receipt, and usually much sooner.

Deleting your data

Two levels, depending on what you want removed:

• Revoke platform access — press Disconnect on the profile in the dashboard. The stored access and refresh tokens for that profile are deleted immediately and the scheduler can no longer act on it. You can also revoke access from inside TikTok, under Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions.
• Delete the account entirely — write to the address above from the address associated with your account. This removes the user record, every post, every uploaded video and all stored statistics.

Reporting a problem

If a post did not go out as expected, include the post's scheduled time and the profile it was aimed at. Each post keeps the platform's own response, which is usually enough to say what happened.

Security

If you believe you have found a security problem, please write to the address above rather than filing it publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing.
